I have been going to this restaurant for 10 years with my grandparents and never have I had as bad of a experience as this. 5:00pm 4th of July of all days. Ashley I believe was our server. we showed up and the waitress not only didn't introduce herself but she took our order she seemed annoyed they were given us, didn't even look at us they had a sour face and was very short shedid not ask us how we wanted anything cooked no extra questions and she was not back until the food arrived. She did not check on us one time, we had to go to the bar to order a drink, and we had to go up to another server when we had issues. when the server did finally come back she was very obviously upset and was very rude to us luckily the manager came up and comped the burger and got it remade and was very very helpful but this customer service was absolutely horrible. Burger was way too pink server didn't even ask how we wanted it cooked she didn't ask a lot of the other questions like what kind of buns so a lot of food ended up getting sent back to be fixed. Very disappointed long time customer on top of that one of the other serves took the pink burger away said she would do something about it then proceeded to lie to the manager saying she didnt take it and turns out she never said anything or put in a new order for a new burger. The server told the manager she checked on us alot. Really hope management looks into this, custumer service is a big deal with food industries. Luckily the amazing burgers (when cooked right) and the manager was able to keep me coming in the future hopefully to give a better review! Because I grew up going here and its one of my favorites places ! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had a great time with my client there. Trust me if you own a business where you have to meet a client this is the place to go in Pinconning. My burger was cooked to perfection, the waitress was very polite to my client and I closed the deal on the spot.CJ'S Sports Grill is a very friendly place and exceptionally clean. I will be back.
