Want to try a new place & feeling adventurous? Give Cloud Naan a try & you won’t be disappointed. Interior is cute & colorful, service was friendly & efficient, and food was very well flavored and had some kick in the sauces of both the meat & chickpea side dish. And the garlic naan had tons of garlic, which I’m a fan of. I’d also recommend a mango lassi to balance the level of heat. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I visited Cloud Naan last night (Saturday), and we really enjoyed the décor and overall ambiance. When we walked in, we expected to be greeted, but instead you order through a kiosk—just something to be aware of. This review is based solely on the items we personally ordered, not the rest of the menu. Cloud Naan offers complimentary chai as a welcome drink, so if you’re planning to order chai separately, you may want to keep that in mind. We ordered Nihari, Chicken Tikka, naan, and chai. The Chicken Tikka was a bit bland for our taste. It reminded me of Shaan masala and had more of a reheated flavor rather than freshly prepared. To be fair, we did arrive around 9:30 PM, so that may have played a role. The Nihari had a noticeable flour-like consistency and tasted moderately fresh. I understand Nihari is a dish that takes time to prepare, and the spices were okay overall. The naan, however, was excellent—fresh, soft, and very reminiscent of what I’ve had back home. The complimentary chai had a strong, slightly over-steeped taste, as if it had been sitting for a while. The chai I ordered after my meal was better, though it tasted like it was made with unsweetened Carnation milk. Overall, based on the three items we tried, I would definitely consider returning to sample other dishes—especially earlier in the day when the food might be fresher. I think there’s potential here, and I’d like to give the menu another chance.
