Hi Kaitlin, This review honestly means the world to us. Creating special private events is one of our favorite things we get to do, and hearing that your 40th birthday felt unforgettable is exactly why we do what we do. Your husband was such a joy to work with throughout the planning process, and we had so much fun helping pull off the surprise without giving anything away. Seeing your reaction when we walked you back to the room was such a great moment for our team too. Thirty people, family-style dinner, margaritas flowing, lots of laughter and love in the room… those are the kinds of nights that make CRISP feel magical. And thank you for the sweet words about the food. We’re especially happy you loved the vegetarian meatloaf — we put a lot of heart into making our vegetarian dishes feel just as comforting, thoughtful, and satisfying as everything else on the menu.
