First time visiting today. Was excited to try the fish tacos. I spoke to the first person and advised I wanted the #1 and chips and queso. He advised the next station could help. I guess he only does the tortillas. That would have been fine except they prepared the tacos without asking if I wanted everything on them. Which I didn't. There was 4 people in front of me and my tacos were all the way over by the tipping station so they couldn't hear me saying I didn't want everything on them. Then they proceeded to pick them off and I said to just leave it and so they added more stuff I didn't want. I went ahead and paid for the order but really wish someone would have asked if I wanted them prepared all the way. I'll probably come back again but lesson learned, I'll figure out who I need to tell I don't want everything on it. The tacos were ok at best but could be because I don't think I would have wanted the Mango topping. Restaurant was clean and it was relatively busy. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chips and Queso

I really like this burrito chain. More than Freebird's and obviously more than Bullritos and Chipotle lol. I ordered a Burrito Combo with a cilantro tomatillo tortilla, chicken, herbed rice, cheese, mango salsa, red salsa, cilantro, pico tomatoes and guacamole. It was very delicious and good quality. Every part of this burrito was great and the chicken had a good grill flavor to it. The ingredients were all very fresh and tasty in this wrap. The chips were also crispy and seemed homemade. The service was efficient and friendly.

I love Cabo Bob's, and I love their vegan options! The only thing that would make Cabo Bob's #1 on my list is if they had vegan refried beans. Refried beans are superior for taco building, as they keep all of the filling in place. I hope Bob considers introducing them to the menu!
