On 08/21/23, around 12:00 pm, I went to the Cacau Show store in the Itália shopping mall, located in the city of Curitiba-Paraná. First, I wanted to have a coffee so I asked for the store's wifi so I could use it while I went to have coffee. One of the employees (an older woman, already quite old apparently) responded harshly as if there was no Internet. I was only able to access it because the other employee (a younger one) helped me. I gave up on coffee and got truffles and a chocolate bar to take with me. When passing the same at the cashier, I paid with my debit card. First attempt: for the second time I go to the store, the card machine gives problems and they need to change to another one. When I tried to go to the other one, the rude rude employee showed an error, as if I hadn't been paid. Then I saw on my bank's app that it was deducted from my account. When I said this, the employee started to talk to me and make me uncomfortable in front of the line of people that formed behind me due to the employee's incompetence in handling the situation instead of simply telling me to wait in a corner until they "refunded" the order, you know. God when. There was a huge queue and I was still embarrassed. I left with the product only after the queue got longer and I realized that the mistake wasn't mine (because it really wasn't). Even so, on condition that you leave your name and telephone number. Like I'm getting it for free. What is the position of Cacau Show at Shopping Itália in the face of this enormous hassle?

Attendant with no tact when dealing with customers, was snobbish when he said that the card I had in my hand wouldn't pass, without even asking if it was the card I was going to pass. Get better!
