Hi Ashley- We are awaiting our new espresso machine but she should have signs posted that say we only have coffee and cold brew available but we will double check to make sure they are there. I am not sure why someone told you we do not accept cash but we will remind employees that we absolutely do accept cash at all times. We apologize for your experience and will improve for the future. Hi Kari-We understand how upsetting seeing a rat is, we were upset as well. The managers were able to keep their calm, along with the staff, after watching it run through the front door. Everyone focused on the guests instead of freaking out, which we feel was the best possible reaction. Behind the scenes, everyone was doing everything possible to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, with such a large tree, big patio space, and being downtown in general; there is always going to be some battles with pests. We will continue to do our best to win those battles.
