It might not look like a nice restaurant but the food's actually surprisingly good! Got 3 types of roast meat 燒臘 [三拼 without rice: crispy pork belly 脆皮燒肉, char siu pork 蜜汁叉燒, and duck 燒鴨 ] - it's not on the menu so we don't actually know the price but it's probably close to £30 but that made sense because it's absolutely massive with piles of meat. We also had just the crispy pork belly with rice and 2 drinks so the bill came to £44. Pretty decent especially for outside of Asia. The char siu's tender and sweet and the crispy pork belly's got a nice crunch - no pork taint smell at all for either. The duck's got crispy skin and each piece is really chunky with only a little bit of bone. They haven't bothered changing the sign so it might look like a breakfast place from the outside but what's important is that the food is good. Don't let the the decor put you off. Although the name is Cafe ABC, this place actually had one of the best Peking ducks and Char Siu. Value for money is hard to be beat. Around 15pp. Should be called "the duck house". Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Recommended dishes: Char Siu on Rice, Peking Duck
