We do offer a few options that are likely more aligned with what you are looking for, the first to mind is our Mixtape House blend. It was chosen to be the easy drinking, don’t need to think about it, type of coffee you are wanting. We do love fruit forward coffees but we always try to keep them balanced and well extracted: not sour or bitter. We never choose to let our coffees overextract to the point of bitterness, so if that is truly what you are looking for in coffee, then your assessment is correct that this may not be the shop for you. We take pride in the quality team we have here and if you communicated your preferences and asked for suggestions, we are sure they could have helped you find something you enjoyed. If the beverage you got wasn’t what you wanted, we always want you to let us know so we can make something you enjoy! We would love to have you visit again and find something you love.
