Terrible experience!!!! For holidays I find myself in this bar/kiosk having an aperitif, we sit at the table and after a few minutes the girl arrives and takes the order, two half beers and a pack of chips, when she returns with the order we ask if we need to pay immediately and the girl replies it would be preferable to cost €7.50 then we advise that we can pay by debit card and the girl says ok then pay later. After a while I get up to get another bag of chips and to pay but the girl says sorry but having Samup now you can't pay because the poss is connected to the owner's phone, I ask if he would be back and he replies yes so I wait. Half an hour passes and no one shows up so I ask to call the owner because I don't have cash but at this point my colleague intervenes by coming to the table and asking in an annoyed manner what the problem was, I explain the situation and he tells me but today we are not making payment with the debit card there is also a ticket which I didn't see because it was illegible and then your colleague hadn't told me anything anyway they told me to wait another 15 minutes for the owner (staff who in my opinion was very inexperienced and incapable of handling situations like this) education always comes first). Moral of the story the poss was working it was just their excuse to not make me pay with the debit card (the owner tells me you should never go around without cash) in 2023 I am completely free to go around without money and to be able to pay with the debit card whenever I want and speak as an expert in the restaurant sector. I'm sorry but you can't lose a customer for 0.65 cents in commissions.
