We haven't really changed that much since we opened a few years ago. The pastry chef is the same, the recipes and ingredients are unchanged. We continue to follow our vision for quality and ingredients without making any concessions. We find it strange that the cakes (we produce around 40 variations) suddenly no longer taste good and does not reflect other feedback at all. Maybe your sense of taste has changed? Yes. Of course prices have increased recently but we all know about that. Just in brief: 19% sales tax, fair wages, general inflation rate, increased energy costs, rent increases, etc. etc. You know that too, right? Finally, we would like to emphasize that we run a café and not a reading room. The fact that the café is often busy doesn't really have to bother us.
