We are visiting Cannes with my daughter and we’re there to get some beverages , we wait for the menu almost for 30 min and all the waiters were so rude , I believe the poor guys do not enjoy their job or do not like tourists Service: 1

Already when we arrived it was raining, the waiter looked at us and did not want to talk to us to seat us even though there was room, we approached him so that he could seat us and he said to us, “ah well he rain, I don’t go that far to look for customers” Then to take our order (after waiting at least 15 minutes) he comes and waits for us to give him our order, he speaks to us/responds not at all. We then waited more than an hour for our dishes, the room was so noisy and we were so crowded with the tables next to us that we followed each other's conversations without wanting to. The girls who were next to us had informed the waiter that they had a plane to catch, the same thing they had to wait for more than an hour for their dishes, they asked the waiter again where it was and he said “c "It's like that", they asked another waitress for their dish and mentioned the waiter's unpleasant attitude. Their dish arrived straight away and was cold. Anyway, all this to say that if you like noise and you love services where you feel so bad that you want to leave, go for it. And by the way the waiter is called Philipe (Philou on the receipt). Otherwise the decoration is very nice and the dishes are good and plentiful. Stay away!!!! We had the worst food poisoning after getting their oysters. We didn’t receive some of the meals even after telling the staff it was missing. They event charged us for all the missing food and refused to take it of the bill and screamed at us when we didn’t wanted to pay for the missing food. Without a doubt the most horrible restaurant experience I ever had. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
