Красивое оформление блюд и десертов, внимательные официанты, комфортная и не принуждения обстановка. Все очень вкусное как и должно быть. Мне очень понравилось!

I was looking forward to a pleasant weekend breakfast at the restaurant, but upon arrival we were greeted by the staff, who cursed vulgarly behind the bar. Despite this, I didn't want to spoil my breakfast with this experience. The breakfast service was rather weak, the French toasts were too sweet for me. We went to the bar to pay, where the gentleman rather unpleasantly told us that we had to wait for the lady who served us and that he really didn't know where we sat, although we weren't given the space to explain where we sat. I was surprised by his approach, I understand that there was more traffic, but it is always possible to convey it calmly and pleasantly. At least the gentleman who brought us breakfast was smiling and nice. The establishment looks nice, has a wide variety of desserts, but it's a shame about the behavior. I have no desire to return to the establishment because of the unpleasant staff, and also because of the food, which I expected to be more refined for the "prestige" of the establishment. We always took all our friends who came to visit us to Olomouc to cafe new one, but after today's experience we will have to reconsider. Not only did we wait a long time for our food, but the service was also very arrogant and unpleasant. We ordered our food and after waiting impatiently for 45 minutes already (we were not warned that it was slow or that there were longer waiting times) we approached the waiter to see if he had forgotten about us, but instead of apologizing we were told that he had a lot and that he will bring the food in 2 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and they brought us the food without the pastry (the pastry should have been part of the dish). At first we expected it to be delivered additionally, but in the end we had to point it out again. Despite the fact that we started the meal with already cold tea, which was brought to us an hour earlier. When paying, we asked the attendant to call the manager because we wanted to resolve this unpleasant situation for us. Unfortunately, the manager was not available, so we were promised by the waiter (probably the bartender?) that he would sort it out - this meeting was polite and calm. In the meantime, the waitress came to us with an already very unpleasant expression, saying that we are the only ones who complain to them. After pointing out to her that we weren't the only ones and just looking at the more recent reviews (we were running out of steam at this point), we were told we could make our eggs at home next time and were literally kicked out of the restaurant. If the lady had not started acting arrogantly and condescendingly with us, we would have found a solution together, but with this experience it was our last visit and we recommend avoiding this would-be "posh" company.
