Cafe Ranban – Sapporo City Sapporo, Hokkaido A classic Japanese-style breakfast — buttered toast with an egg, and of course, a cup of coffee. The breakfast set offered three coffee options, and I chose the first one, labeled “Soft.” The toast and egg were simple and satisfying, but the coffee truly stood out — beautifully balanced, with a surprisingly gentle and smooth mouthfeel. Even after sitting for a while and cooling down, it remained pleasant to drink. An impressive cup for a breakfast set! I later ordered a second cup: a light-roast Ethiopian natural, but it turned out to be too light — almost before the fruity, sun-dried notes could emerge. It felt like a missed opportunity. Still, the atmosphere of Cafe Ranban was elegant and cozy, exactly what you’d expect from a long-established kissaten. A perfect place to enjoy a quiet, unhurried morning in Sapporo. Cafe Ranban – 札幌市區 北海道札幌市 常見的日式早餐形式：奶油吐司加雞蛋，當然少不了一杯咖啡。 套餐可以選三種不同的咖啡，我挑了第一種 Soft。吐司與雞蛋中規中矩，但那杯咖啡實在令人印象深刻——味道均衡，口感竟然真的非常柔軟、溫和。放到常溫也不會出現不舒服的味道，對一杯套餐咖啡來說非常出色。 之後我又加點了一杯淺烘焙的衣索比亞日曬，但這杯就太淺了——淺到還沒讓日曬豆的香氣與果感真正展現出來，邊喝邊覺得有些可惜。 整間店的氛圍典雅舒適，正是印象中老牌咖啡店的味道，非常適合悠閒地度過一個早晨。.
