I want to express my disappointment with our recent experience. The service was lacking, and the cleanliness was subpar. While we were in line to order, I noticed one of the staff members whispering to another, which felt secretive. My child even asked what was going on, and I had no answer. While waiting, my kids spotted a cockroach, and shortly after, a large one made its way toward us. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, one of them stepped on it but left the remains on the floor without cleaning it up. Unfortunately, as we dined in, my family and I noticed that the restaurant was generally dirty. We enjoy Cafe Rio and have visited many locations, but this experience was by far the worst we've had. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ROACH SIGHTINGwe love cafe rio, we have been to this location several times but this time our experience was different. The restaurant was extremely dirty. There was a roach seen trying to walk its way in line to order. Or maybe just got off shift?? Yuck!!! The establishment was just dkrty. The floors had napkins and trash and hair and food just scattered across the floor and pushed into the corners. It appeared someone forgot to do closing duties for over a week. Just pure laziness. Please clean up. The meat; grilled chicken and the steak specifically was under cooked...not raw but dang near rare. Anyway just all around gross experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

I love Cafe Rio! I especially love it when they come out with coupons or deals! Their rewards system is excellent and helps you earn free food! I've visited Cafe Rio more times than I can count! Definitely a loyal customer! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
