I come to this location quite often as it's the closest to my house and usually order dinner. Everytime I order food here something gets messed up and the workers are always extremely rude and unhelpful. Today I ordered the meal deal through the app and went to go pickup my order. When I got there I went through the drive through and was told to park in the designated spot and they will bring my food out. I waited there for 30-40 minutes and no one came, this is not my first time experiencing this. I went inside to see what the deal was and the food had been done and waiting for 30 minutes. The workers said they didn't know what happened and that they were super busy mind you 2 people had come inside to order food in the 30 minutes I had been waiting and when I confronted them about it they offered a cookie for compensation. The drinks were watered down and the food was cold and I got nothing but attitude asking why they didn't bring it to me. I will not be returning to this location and I advise you don't waste your time here either. Thanks for my cold food and my comped out $2 cookie Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I go to the Cafe Rios on Higley and Market street and never have problems like I do at this one. I ordered on line and waited about 10 minutes before getting in the drive thru, there was a car in front of me. It was about 5 til 12 and it was suppose be ready by 12. I was told at the window they just got the order go park in the parking lot. While in the drive thru I got a text while in the drive thru and needed to leave. I went inside and told them I needed to cancel, the lady went and found my check, they just started it. the cook told me it wasn't suppose to be ready till 12, even though it was by 12. According to customer service ,they should of told me to call CS to cancel, instead I was told I couldn't cancel it, the cook was told to keep making it. Im watching them finish and they didn't add quac. I was told it's not on the ticket, I told him on line it saids if you get veg tables instead of meat it includes quac. I was told I need to call to have them fix the app. There is nothing wrong with app CS service said they should know quac is included if the veg are substituted for meat, which is different than adding veg when you choose a meat.If you thought it couldn't get worst, I felt something hanging out of my mouth and pulled it. A thick black hair about 1/2 inches. I threw it and couldn't find it to take the food back. Then I found a bean with hair connected to it because of the sourcream on it.i wanted to post a picture, I dont see that option Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As many others have reported, this location is a complete disaster. The place is a mess. Dirty tables, empty drink dispensers, orders are always wrong. This is the second order in a row that my order was wrong and missing items. It’s all kids working with no manager, seems like all of their first day. My salad was missing meat, no dressing, and this was even having to go back for other missing items. I’m concerned with how messy the food bins are behind the counter, tons of cross contamination. I will never go back to this location again. Corporate definitely needs to get involved here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: I would not feel safe ordering here if I had an allergy or food intolerance, lots of cross contamination of food items.
