Tonight I must say I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life!! I had a previous visit that wasn't too good and still made the decision to come to this location again. After getting the same worker who swept the floor and touched a dirty broom he then proceeded to put on gloves and start to prepare food. Never washed his hands. So I kindly made the manager aware that maybe he needs updated training because people can get sick. Fast forward to today I get that same worker who was trying to barely give me ingredients and made my burrito messy. So I asked for someone else to help me and make mine. That's when he went to a different manager named Trey or Tray(Tall African American Male) and said something and the manager had an attitude. So after the different employee made my burrito I asked another male employee on the line is there a manager here. He says he's one of them in a sarcastic tone. His name is Craig. I said when I pay for my food can I talk to you to the side because there was a line behind me and I didn't want to hold anyone else up or have the over hear what was going on. That's when Craig said talk to me about what. I said a complaint. He said about what or who. I said can I just speak with you to the side. That's when he said Trey is a manager and he can't leave the line. So Trey who was standing right there the entire time was like what do you need but again with an attitude. I said never mind for you just have a corporate number. Trey says I can go online. I said what if I don't have a computer or phone or internet. I'm sure you can find the number or receipt with the number. He said you can just go to a Library. I said really go to a library to look up a corporate number but I knew he was being sarcastic! Even Craig looked at him when he said it. It was rude and so disrespectful. That's when I said I just want to make sure your name is Trey correct and he says "You know what my name is". I said I don't know you but don't worry I will take care of it. So now im waiting for my items to be bagged and its just sitting there. As he continues to work on someone elses order. I said should i come around and bag my items myself. He said no. But i just reached over and grabbed a bag and put my items to go myself. That's when I go to pay and he's telling the cashier to charge me for extra chicken which I did not get. That's when I said I'm not paying for extra chicken. He then tells the cashier again extra chicken. I said again I'm not paying for extra chicken. He then says just go you're good. I said no I'm paying for what I got. He tells the cashier don't charge her. I said no charge me for my items. The cashier charged it and then usually they hand me a receipt. So I had to ask for the receipt and she just pointed to the printer and told me to tear it off and take it. This dude Trey is the most rudest disrespectful unprofessional arrogant employee I have ever come across. And to think he is a managerial position. He looks sloppy, clothes dirty, and has the nerve to also have a BAD ATTITUDE. He needs to be fired! And Craig is no better. He stood there the entire time listened and saw the whole interaction and said nothing. Then when I looked at him and said is this acceptable to you. He throws his hands in the air and says "What do you want me to do?"... But these are the same people that want $25 hour to do nothing and be rude to regular customers. I come here 3 to 4 times a week. But I will be reaching out to all necessary parties because Trey has to go!!! I can only imagine how he treats other customers especially ones who don't stand up for themselves. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No longer includes rice and beans in the meal . Have to pay extra and was charged extra to put regular meat on the dish. Same price at costa vida with meat included and rice and beans. Used to love cafe Rio but very disappointed in their change to the pricing and menu. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was pretty good, but the menu is limited and nothing about it felt unique. It just felt like a Chipotle knock off. It wasn't a bad experience and I'd be willing to eat there again, but I probably wouldn't seek it out.
