I live near this location, and I love Cafe Rio however this location lacks customer service skills. They used to have friendly employees that welcomed customers and thanked you for your business. Food is good but not presented as nice as the other locations in the Henderson area. Daily special says $9.99 however they don't tell you it's an additional $1 for vinaigrette which should come with the food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

First of all, I had the order texted to me, handed my phone to the hispanic male making my food, he looked at it for a full 2 minutes and proceed to make my food. I figured he knew exactly what was wanted & did not pay attention to him making it. The texted order was the Enchilada meal ~ one was supposed to be shredded chicken and the other was supposed to be steak. I got two chicken. The green hatch chile was supposed to be on the side, and was put on top! I should have also received sour cream on the side, BUT JUST NEVER RECEIVED IT!! Then the white female who did the veggie part of the order had a nasty mean attitude. The lettuce and the Pico were to be on the side, not on the food, but instead of putting them in two separate containers, what's a normal person would expect, they were all put together in one container, defeating the purpose of getting it on the side so that I can eat it with my meal the way I prefer to, with each bite. Why would I ask for them on the side, if I wanted an entire cup of cut lettuce mixed together with maybe a quarter cup of Pico? This looks like a salad that's not what I wanted and I have no way to separate the Pico from the lettuce now. Furthermore the food was over salted. I use a lot of salt when I cook and eat, so for me to say this was too salty means they put three or four times the amount of salt they should have on this food. Last and most important the pinto beans were not cooked!!! They WEREN'T EVEN El DENTE, they were CRUNCHY!! DISGUSTED & CANNOT ENJOY A MEAL I PAID $31 DAMN DOLLARS (total for both meals) FOR!! WHEN DID AMERICANS STOP CARING ABOUT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK?? SO TIRED OF WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON CRAPPY SUBSTANDARD FAST FOOD THAT I PAY MORE FOR OUT OF CONVENIENCE!!! There is nothing convenient about not receiving what you pay for. We went here to get fresh, not processed food, only to be disappointed anyways. I will not return!! Needless to say my significant other's beans were also crunchy & his puco & lettuce also put in 1 container! For a lunch for two people it was $31.00 --WHAT A WASTE!! Either higher people who ACTUALLT CARE ABOUT YOUR BRAND AND ARE TRAINED PROPERLY, OR JUST SHUT YOUR DOORS!! The photo is what the male hispanic stared at for 2 minutes and then completely ugnired while making the food! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Oscar and his team were SO kind, welcoming and helpful for our first Cafe Rio experience. Insanely delicious food - literally the best fast casual Mexican I’ve ever had. The fire grilled chicken is worth the extra money. Bravo! Bring one to Atlanta ASAP! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
