Every time my fiance and I go to this location, LOGAN and MITCH go ABOVE AND BEYOND! We actually drive to this location though we have a Cafe Rio closer to our house because of the welcoming atmosphere as well as top notch service! This review is well earned and deserved. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was mainly good the beans were dried out as if they were old. although I wish customer service could've been a little better. I felt like I was getting attitude because I couldn't hear the lady asking what I wanted on my burrito due to the noise level. Someone else in my party couldn't even ask for the peppers and sour cream and guacamole on their burrito before she started wrapping it. I also received attitude when I wanted habanero sauce inside my burrito and was told well then I have to run it through twice, which I was perfectly fine with. They were also out of horchata and forks and after being there for 40 minutes it still wasn't filled. We also found a purse in a bucket in the parking lot and brought it inside as a good Samaritan and they Just threw it on the ground like they couldn't be bothered with it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I've been avoiding Cafe Rio for at least two years. I decided to give them another chance recently. Yuk! My Nachos with sweet pork were cold and the portions way smaller than years ago. The gal behind the counter hemmed and hawed when I asked that my Nachos be ran through the little conveyor oven a second time. Even after that, they were lukewarm and the cheese still wasn't even melted. They just made a huge pile of chips, with almost no toppings. In past years the Nachos were layered with some chips, then cheese and meat, beans etc, then a second layer the same way on top. They really suck now. My mother had an enchilada and was complaining about how much it had shrank, and said hers was also luke warm. It also took forever to get through the line, even though hardly anyone was in it. The salt in the wound, was the cashier, who we told more than once, we wanted two medium drinks, and hemmed and hawed and tried to put large cups on our tray and ring them up as large anyways. When we called her out on it, she started trying to gaslight us and claim we ordered larges..... Also the place is never clean anymore. Almost all tables are gross now. Both the Cafe Rios in our city are like that. The one on Stephanie st and the one near Horizon Ridge and Horizon drive in a Vons shopping center. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
