That's pretty good stuff! I definitely like the Pollo asada the best. My son always gets the shredded chicken. I think enchilada style is the way to go though. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love cafe rio. I’ve been to several locations countless times and have never had as bad of an experience as this location. I’ve tried to give this location a shot several times and have always had rough experiences. The service overall is fine. We showed up one night (granted it was an hour before they closed) they were out of everything- rice, meat, cheese, etc. that was whatever. Today we came in and portioning was small as always and my food was very cold. I ordered queso and it made me sick. I understand that the staff get paid very little, but it would be nice if they communicated with the customer better about the quality of the food not being up to par. I’m hoping that this location can implement some kind of quality control. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I don't usually right bad reviews. The food is great, I have no complaints about that. BUT, I've ordered food twice online there. The first time we ended up getting our food about 45-60 minutes after it said to come pick it up which is so crazy. The people working there were going so slow and I talked them 2-3 times to ask when it would be ready. It wasn't even that busy. When she handed me my food I told her that we had been there for about an hour waiting and she didn't say sorry or anything. I vowed to not come back until my girlfriend convinced me otherwise (how could you say no). She showed me a deal that was only on the app so I risked it and ordered some more. We ordered it at 5:15 and asked to pick it up at 6, which I thought was reasonable. 45 minutes to make 2 salads and a large chips and queso. We show up at 6, when it told us to show up, and we get our food at 6:30. It also didn't have any chips and queso in it so we had to go back and ask them. I hate to do this but Im unhappy, my girlfriend is unhappy that waited with me both times, and other reviews seem to say the same thing. Ill come back someday but something needs to change. Cafe Rio, goodbye.
