Cheese

TunworthFirst made in 2004 on hyde farm in hampshire with the milk coming from a herd of raditional ayrshire cows. It is a creamy soft white rind cheese, similar to brie but camembert in size. Whilst maturing it develops pungency and becomes beautifully runny.

Woolsery GoatsPasteurised hand made goat’s cheese using traditional methods and milk from one herd of goats. Woolsery is a full fat cheese with a moist texture and nutty flavour. The cheese is matured naturally and therefore develops a colourful natural rind.

Blue VinnyMade from unpasteurised milk the flavour has a real complexity and depth that lingers. It is one of the stronger blues.

Oxford IsisMade for the oxford cheese company this is a very french english cheese. It is ashed in mead and then left to mature. The result is a pungent, colourful rind washed cheese with sweet vertones.

Montgomery's Traditional CheddarTraditional cheddar made by jamie montgomery at manor farm in north cadbury, somerset, using milk from his own cows. The result is cheddar which has a wonderful depth of flavour, from a creamy strong start to a nutty finish.

Rosary AshMade by chris moody at landford on the edge of the new forest, this is a fresh mild goat’s cheese. It has a creamy moist taste with a light and fluffy texture.
