I went here for their December 31 event. I ordered three hot chocolates that were cold when I asked the server for the candy cane and coco sprinkle that were advertised on the menu, he then tells me that, “Aww, we ran out a while ago and couldn’t get anymore for the rest of the day. It’s still good though.” I paid $5 plus tax and whatever fee he added on because my drinks ended up being $19.44 and I gave him a dollar tip. I was pissed. I wish I had told him to give me my money back instead of rolling my eye tabs telling him, “That’s not what I paid for.” I’m still peeved about it. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Was really unfortunate that although they say they are open until 9 PM, they were closed by 8:40 PM. Workers closed windows and no longer accepting orders, best to change hours of operations!

Food was surprisingly delicious. We were hesitant from other reviews, but they have the best waffle fries we'd ever had! Ask for extra crispy, they're happy to adjust for you. Customer service was easily 5-stars too. Chris was behind the reg and was a great face to represent the SquareBurger. Nelson was cooking that night and did an amazing job. We finished our fries and Pumpkin Spice Milkshake then went back for another bucket of fries! We'll be back for sure. (If you go now for the "Franklin Square Holiday Festival", you can eat and drink by one of many fire pits and enjoy a ligth show every 30 minutes)
