From the first step in Cafe Y Ruedas, the staff has been accomodating, responsive, and attentive, though, we came in during lunch time on a Thursday with minimal customers. The location has a nice open interior matched with amazing greenery, a part of it overlooks the Intramuros golf course, and by extension the National Museum. Despite its open space, they have enoygh fans and help from the natural wind to not let the place overheat customers. My partner and I ordered a total of 6 items. First, the drinks, the Tiramisu Latte and Honey Oat Matcha is a must drink for us. Both of them are not too sweet, light on the palate, and tastes well. From the starters we first picked the Pork Adobo Quesadilla, the name is simple enough and is delivered well. The pork adobo flavor along with the cheese and quesadilla compliment each other, and if you want more adobo flavor they also have adobo sauce with the order. Our second starter was mozzarella sticks, pretty simple and is good. We then ordered their Eggplan Parmigiana Pasta, their pasta was al dente, their marinara sauce was delightful; but the star of the show was their eggplant parmigiana, which had a nice crisp and taste. Their Ruedas Burger is a must buy as well, it's a simple burger with the usual components, nothing too amazing --- the patty was cooked well --- but has a change with a light, cheesy cream on the plate for you to dip on. The bill total was 1,490 pesos as of July 30, 2026. Overall, our dining experience in Cafe Y Ruedas was satisfactory: from the view, the service, and the food.
