Cafe Z

Thank you so much for the kind words! We are so happy we were able to make your birthday special and hope to see you again soon!

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your visit, as we work hard to provide a positive experience for all of our guests. To clarify a few points, our card processing fee and gratuity policy on live entertainment nights are posted and disclosed on menus/checks, so there are no “hidden fees.” Gratuity is included during entertainment nights in place of a cover charge so guests can enjoy the music without an additional admission fee. However if you had any issue/concerns about your check we would have gladly resolved them. We’re sorry you didn’t like the seafood appetizer you ordered. Unfortunately, we are unable to comp or replace a dish after it has already been fully consumed. We are a small business who always strives to please our guests especially on a free entertainment night so we’re sorry you felt like a bad review was the only option.

Thank you for such a vivid and heartfelt review, this means everything to us! We’re so glad you came out to support such a great cause and that Café Z delivered an experience that matched the energy in the room. That authentic, lively, and full of connection vibe you described is exactly the feeling we aim to create! It also means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the food and drinks—we put a lot of love and care into everything, and it truly means the world to see that come through in your experience. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
