I visited this morning and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, I asked if I should order at the bar, and a staff member instructed me to have a seat, assuring me that someone would come to take my order. After waiting for 10 minutes with no service, I noticed that they attended to every new customer who came in, including a couple that sat at the table next to mine. The service was extremely poor, and I eventually left without being served. Service: 1

We bought 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees but they add an extra "Cafe Doppio". If the milked coffee was free with the first sandwich why you did not told me? And why a 2.4€ cafe doppio instead of a simple coffee? Maybe because we are tourists and they don't speak English... It took them a long time to serve us and they didn't tell us the order of arrival, but everything was very good. I would return. Parking: There is a parking lot next door but it is very expensive, it is worth coming by metro to the Plaza de España and walking two blocks.
