I brought my daughter to the hospital for a 45 mins procedure . The hospital informed me I could eat there but I don't like the vibes of hospitals so I search on google for a nice cozy restaurant that had a place to dine in .at first this restaurant"cafecito"seemed like it was the best option. I needed to sit down ,relax for a minute and make some calls to my family members information about my daughter's health. I wasnt expecting to spend much cuz I only wanted a capuchino and a sandwich BUT I was intending to leave a $10.00 TIP!!! From the moment I came in I felt ignored they have a sign that says "please whait to be seated" I waited and no one came up to me so I went to the front and try to order my self this lady had the worst attitude. I asked her once I placed my order if I can eat there she said no , If I wanted to eat there I have to whait to be seated. I told her ok I will whait , this same lady the cashier took me to a table , she was really rude ,she was walking fast almost running . She just said seat over there pointing at the table she didn't guide me to the table . The way she put the menu on the table and took it back from me as if she was in a rush when restaurant was almost empty made me feel so uncomfortable. When she brought my capuchino it was filled only have cup and almost cold. And she didn't even give it to me she left it with really bad manners on the corner of the table . This lady and the other lady that seemed to be the waiter never checked back on me, never asked me if I needed anything else , I didn't had a chance to express my self about the half cup and cold capuchino. Also I wanted some salsa but I just felt like if I would ask they will saily no.. I also heard the waiter talking with the customers from the table in front of me about some people not leaving tips and they mention Mexicans ... So I got really upset because I am Mexican , I have money.. I was intending to leave tip...so I ended up asking for my bill my total was$ 13.75 I paid that amount exactly and did not leave a tip....the sandwich was ok but with that service I wasn't able to enjoy it. So overall ,rude and bad customer service, racist. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
