After reading so many positive reviews and having a great experience at the Centreville location, I decided to visit this location with my mom. Even though it was a weekday, the café was packed and extremely busy. I ordered a large Honey Cinnamon Latte with oat milk, but when I received my drink, it was a small. I showed the staff my receipt and explained that I had ordered a large. The employee took the drink back and spoke with another staff member, who instructed him to simply pour the drink into a larger cup and add more milk. As I stood there watching, that is exactly what they did. I couldn't help but wonder whether a larger size should also include additional espresso shots, honey, and other ingredients, not just more milk. When the drink was returned to me, the employee moved on to help other customers because of the long line. Unfortunately, the latte tasted watered down and wasn't enjoyable. Since the café was so crowded, my mom and I decided not to bring it up again. After a few sips, I ended up throwing the drink away. To be fair, my mom's Caramel Macchiato was very good. However, I was disappointed by how my order mistake was handled. I understand that errors happen, especially during busy times, but I would have appreciated having the drink remade properly rather than simply diluted to make up the difference in size. I visited Cafein recently and ordered their signature Davant iced coffee (I believe this is similar to a Korean iced coffee) with their special Cafein Toast, with an add in of turkey bacon. Both items were delicious, and fresh. The atmosphere of the cafe was small but cozy. Staff were friendly and the cafe is located in a decent outdoor shopping plaza, located in Chantilly. Thank you!
