This place is horrible. The only way they get customers is - probably people wasted after party, tourists who doesn’t know better and people who doesn’t read reviews beforehand. I was the latter one. After going to a theatre with my friend, we went in as it was open and the pizza on display looked decent. We got two slices and straight away I could tell they weren’t cooked. I went to the till and requested they swap our pizza or cook it more, the staff informed me he cannot do that. I then requested a refund as the food was inedible. He told me to hold on a moment. After fiddling a little bit with the till he turned around to me and said he cannot issue a refund without the manager. I asked him to get his manager then, he again started stalling the process. Disgraceful, it’s a costumers right. I will never enter this place again. AVOID!! This is the place that made me ALWAYS read the reviews beforehand. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £20–30

Dodgy business. Went in for 2 waters, £6 pound, got charged £60 instead. They said they couldn’t refund the card so they gave the money back in cash. These lot should be investigated by the government, something weird going on in there. Would not recommend whatsoever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had the best meal at Cafeteria after a night out last night! The food was lovely but the staff were amazing! Went above and beyond for us to have the best food Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
