Komal saved my family's birthday / wedding anniversary / new married couple party by re opening up the shop to give us our cakes even after we arrived late to pick them up. Not only they great service the cakes tasted amazing too! (Highly recommended the pistachio). Whatever you're paying these guys they deserve a raise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Cake Box in Staines and had the pleasure of trying their Dubai Chocolate cake. The quality was excellent — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced in flavour without being overly sweet. The freshness was very noticeable, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. The staff were polite and efficient, making the whole experience even more enjoyable Dalaila is very helpful. It’s clear that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are a priority here. I would definitely recommend Cake Box Staines to anyone looking for high-quality egg-free cakes, and I’ll certainly be returning to try more from their range. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently purchased a birthday cake from your store, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The cake looked fine on the outside, but the taste was extremely unpleasant. It had a strong, mould-like flavour, which made it inedible for me and my guests. This was meant to be a special occasion, and the quality of the cake really let us down.
