I bought a cake for our wedding celebration and was disappointed to find that the wording on the cake contained a spelling error, with the word “After” written as “Aafter”. I returned to the store to have the mistake corrected and also raised concerns that the packaging provided was not suitable for the style and design of the cake. Unfortunately, I had to explain how the cake could be repackaged, as the issue did not initially seem to be understood. Thankfully, the cake board and box were eventually changed to a more suitable option. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of apology or acknowledgement for the inconvenience caused. Having to return to the store and resolve these issues right before our wedding created unnecessary stress. While the cake itself looked nice once corrected, the overall customer service experience fell short, I wouldn’t use them for a special occasion.

Cake Box- Upminster has never failed to impress me. The staff are very helpful. They go above and beyond to provide you the best service. I ordered this cake just a couple of hours before I needed it and they were able to make it for me that too a beautiful, yummy one. Definitely recommend Cake Box Upminster.
