Hi Rani, Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry to hear that our Cake didn’t meet your expectations. Before your order was finalized, we discussed the design approach with you and explained how we are planning to make the cake. The cake was made according to the concept that was communicated at the time of ordering. We were also surprised to hear your comments about the flavour. As your cake was baked on the same day for your order and we used fresh strawberries and this flavour is enjoyed by many of our customers. However, we understand that the taste is subjective and may vary from person to person. Regarding the packaging, no request was made for the premium packaging during the ordering process. Your cake was carefully secured and packaged for the safe transportation. We also recall that you mentioned that the celebration is gonna be taking place at your mother‘s place. Which was near to our store. And we understand that there can be change of plans. But we package our orders very carefully regardless of the travel distance and many of our cakes are safely transported much farther— to Brampton, Mississauga, downtown Toronto, Guelph, London, Niagara Falls and other cities— without any transportation concerns. And for that reason, we were genuinely surprised to hear that the packaging didn’t meet your expectations. While we are disappointed that we couldn’t provide the experience that you were hoping for, we appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to improve.
