Caldos Cesar 是一家位於市場附近、很有在地人氣的雞湯麵店。秘魯的雞湯麵本來就是很常見、也很受歡迎的日常料理，而這家店在網路上也常看到不少部落客和遊客來打卡。 我們這次是在比較偏早午餐的時間過來，店裡已經有不少當地人在用餐。每個人都點了一碗雞湯麵，湯頭非常鮮美，除了雞肉之外，裡面還有不少雞雜，整體味道很濃郁，也很有家常感。要特別提醒的是，這裡的份量真的非常大，一碗吃下來相當有飽足感。 店員的態度也讓人印象很好，非常熱情，不只主動幫我們拍照，後來還一起合照，整個用餐氣氛很輕鬆、很有人情味。雖然聽說市場附近的治安需要稍微注意，但這家店本身給我們留下的是很溫暖、很親切的印象。 價格也相當實惠，而且比起觀光區餐廳，這裡能感受到更多當地人的日常飲食氣氛。如果想在利馬吃一碗份量十足、價格親民、又很有在地特色的秘魯雞湯麵，Caldos Cesar 很值得一試。 Caldos Cesar is a popular local spot near the market, known for its hearty Peruvian chicken noodle soup. Chicken soup is a classic everyday dish in Peru, and this place also seems to be quite well known online, with many bloggers and visitors stopping by. We came around brunch time, and there were already many local diners inside. Each of us ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The broth was rich and flavorful, and besides chicken, the bowl also included a good amount of offal, which gave it a very traditional and home-style character. One thing to note is that the portions are huge, so one bowl is already very filling. The staff were also extremely warm and friendly. They主动 helped us take photos and even joined us for a group photo, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. We had heard that the surrounding market area may require a bit more attention in terms of personal safety, but the restaurant itself left us with a very warm impression. Prices are also very affordable, and compared with more tourist-oriented restaurants, this place feels much more connected to everyday local life. If you want to try a generous, inexpensive, and very local-style Peruvian chicken noodle soup in Lima, Caldos Cesar is definitely worth a visit.
