The place is not hard to find. Just go to Chamber Arcade at Pitt st, take the escalator at the front, and you'll arrive at Calista. This place has delicious lontong sayur that you must try. Thick curry with anchovies, dried shrimp and protein of your choice (fried or grilled chicken, beef or pork rendang, beef short ribs). The taste is amazing, and the portion is quite huge, with reasonable price. I also tried their nasi padang with short ribs. I love it. It comes with separated curry soup (while they have already pour some curry in the nasi padang), so that we can add more if we like it. Their short ribs' tender, with balanced taste of sweetness, savoury and other flavour from different spices. This place is recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Generous portions, especially meat. Does not have the aroma of fresh Indonesian herbs. Good if you like sweet flavor curry. Price per person: A$20–40

For the fan of food, you gotta try this Padang Dish at Calista. Popularised by their catering service for several years, they have finally open up a restaurant. Flavourwise, you cant beat the umami from the jus that you mix with the whole dish. The Crunchiness from the Corn Fritters, along with proteins and casava leafs brings a whole lot of flavour popping in your mouth. I'd recommend the fried chicken if you never tried this before, but I would get the Grilled Chicken. For those long time Calista Fan, their taste doesnt change!
