I had a really disappointing experience at this bar due to one bartender with shoulder-length dark hair, glasses, and tattoos. Throughout the beginning of my visit, I kept getting up to dance and noticed this bartender repeatedly pouring out my drinks, which forced me to buy more. This happened twice. I wasn’t aware of certain bar rules at the time, and once they were explained to me, I apologized multiple times and remained polite and understanding the entire interaction. Despite that, this bartender — who appeared highly intoxicated and extremely unprofessional — chose to publicly harass and intimidate me instead of handling the situation respectfully. Rather than calmly pulling me aside for a private conversation, they aggressively confronted me in front of other patrons and my friends, accusing me of “talking shit” and creating a completely unnecessary scene. As someone who works in customer service, I know there are professional ways to address misunderstandings, and this was not one of them. No customer should be embarrassed or treated this way for an honest misunderstanding. If you’re looking for friendly, professional service, I would not recommend this establishment.

Saturday, April 4 at 2:50 PM This is one of my favorite places, and I come here often. Unfortunately, today I had a really bad experience. It took more than 30 minutes to get my drink, and the bartender was outside arguing with her boyfriend/friend instead of attending customers. A group of six people who arrived after me ended up leaving because of the poor service, which was disappointing to see. I hope management takes the time to check in on their staff more regularly, because this is truly a lovely place. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
