The food is average at best with very poor customer service, I got the monthly subscription but they missed out on delivering my food and they weren’t very cooperative when I confronted them with the issue, wouldn’t recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have subscribed for one month with them, got food poisoning 3 weeks in, requested to terminate and get a refund for the remaining days, suddenly they dont answer calls nor whats app messages, they have a ridiculous policy of 20 working days to process a refund. Even after 20 days they did not get me my refund until i contacted the consumer protection center, they gave me my refund after 2 months from cancellation date. I strongly recommend to not subscribe with their monthly plan, food was not even good. Price per person: BHD 50+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
