Saturday 09/11/2024. We order six pizzas at 6.30pm (to make sure they arrive at a decent time) via Deliveroo. This delivery was never made. Deliveroo's call center service was useless and the rider claimed to have left the order on the ground, in the middle of the sidewalk without ringing the bell and even inventing a 20-second conversation that never happened. Result: €50 worth of pizzas, never eaten and not even refunded. Obviously this situation seems not to be the fault of the venue. We turned to Camm'afare to understand how to resolve this situation and, since according to them things like this had already happened, they were available to remake the pizzas for us (without specifying a possible price to pay). After 5 minutes, still in the same call, they warn us that they have no more dough and therefore cannot make pizzas. Then they offer us to go directly to the restaurant to get "all the diner you want" (again without specifying any payment). Only when we arrive on site (moving by car) are we told that we can take what we want, paying, but that they will give us a discount. All seasoned with unprofessional complaints related to their financial problems and the taxes they have to pay. After this sad little show, even though we were hungry, we refused the restaurant's offer. At around 00:00 we were able to eat, in another place, spending more money. The restaurant staff that evening were not very capable in managing the delivery service (and reading other reviews it doesn't seem to be just Deliveroo's fault), unclear and transparent with the customer and above all unprofessional. The food was great, a bit expensive in my opinion, but it's worth it. You can eat there if you are in a hurry, but the service is more oriented to take away. (The review is take away oriented) So far, it had one of the best cannoli I tasted, and it's prepared on the spot. Definitely worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
