First time ordering and bad experience. On Mother's Day I placed an order via Ifood and after waiting for more than two hours it didn't arrive. No response on Ifood and nothing on WhatsApp when they finally answered me by phone and informed me that the order would arrive in 30 minutes, those minutes passed and nothing. Apart from the poor service on the phone when I went to inquire about my order, I was left waiting on the line for more than 7 minutes. Mother's Day ruined because they don't pay any attention to the digital platforms that customers also have. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Honestly, the worst service I've ever received and I'd like to make it clear that I've worked in restaurants and I know how busy it is on a day of high demand, but it doesn't justify the way I was served. Today is Mother's Day, I went to place the order on their official website and the order is sent via WhatsApp. I placed the order at 2:10 pm, and the restaurant closes at 4 pm. on the official website it was still listed as open. I didn't receive any response via WhatsApp, after 30 minutes I sent a message again to ask if it was confirmed, after all we were still waiting to eat. I managed to verify that their WhatsApp was being opened and checked several times, and still I did not receive any communication, even if it was to say that they were not going to accept the request. It is worth mentioning that when you place the order, it is sent directly to WhatsApp and there is no message saying that the order is pending and not accepted. when they gave the delivery time, I called them and they told me that the order was not confirmed and that they were not accepting orders because customers would have to wait 2 hours. I then questioned why their website was still listed as open for orders and asked why they didn't inform me of this via WhatsApp when I asked as they were checking WhatsApp every 5 minutes. a response would be enough for me to be aware and be able to place the order elsewhere. the attendant refused to offer me any explanation or admit the error, asking if I had just placed the order and I again informed her that it had been about 45 minutes. She said if I still wanted the order it would take an hour. Since it's Mother's Day and we were already waiting, I said it would be fine as long as the order and all the items arrived correctly. I tried to check the items listed in the combo that says "two individual DISHES, a portion of shrimp, 4 more shrimp pastries and 4 banana pastries." She then told me that they weren't dishes, they were small portions, and on their website it says "two INDIVIDUAL DISHES." again I was confused because it seemed like she just wanted me to back out of the request. it was easier to tell me "sorry, we won't accept the request." I, already tired of the situation because the ill will was clear, said that it was okay and that I would wait because my mother really wanted to eat the food in question. Then the attendant started talking to the other employees and simply forgot that I was on the phone. I waited for a definitive confirmation of the order and nothing until I gave up and hung up as there was no response and she didn't end the call with me. Until now I don't know if I will receive the food or not because they didn't respond on WhatsApp either. Mother's Day lunch was ruined, because we don't know if we should order from somewhere else or if we will receive the food, it's already 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Worst fish I've ever eaten. Watery sauce, unseasoned fish, unseasoned pirão, the quantity was wrong, I asked for it to be packaged to take home and I went straight home, as soon as I arrived I put it in the fridge (my fridge freezes very well) the next day the fish was spoiled . Which leads me to believe that this fish was not fresh and was not well stored in the restaurant for it to spoil so quickly from one day to the next and I still got sick.
