This was Thursday 3/16/23. This is the first and last time I go to Candela Commack. I ordered 2 menus, it was chicken soup with semolina, one of the chicken pieces was with the bone (that part of the meat had a taste as if the chicken was decomposed and it was cook like this) of course I left the rest of the soup and the second was braised chicken with salad and rice; Clearly the chicken was not fresh, it was warming up and when I started eating the chicken, the meat near the chicken felt the same as the soup. Then my son ordered the green noodles with steak, the taste is good but it was cold. I talked to the waiters and they told me they would talk to the cook...then from there I had to take my son to a doctor's appointment in which I started to feel bad with food cramps. I mentioned this to some friends who are clients of Candela Huntington and they told me that the same thing had happened to them with the chicken. I leave this message because at least I thought that by having the name of Candela the food would have the same quality as that of Huntington and Kicksville; a terrible experience Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50
