The person making coffee today was very rude and impatient. After buying a one-liter bottle of water, I approached to ask for four cups for our group to use with the water. However, she didn't take the time to understand my request and abruptly directed me to go to the front counter in a rude manner. Later, when I went to pay for two $1 cups, the cashier had small cups that were free, but for some reason, the barista removed them and gave me coffee cups instead. My question is, if we're buying water and other items, why sell me cups when there was an option for free cups? I feel like this wasn't handled in good faith.
