Our cheese, Locatelli is expensive, and our sauce is made fresh from scratch. Point is if you want something extra, typically you have to pay for it. Capp's Pizzeria takeaway (both phone in and online orders) is now a no tip necessary operation. The 18% service fee, helps cover the cost of our online ordering service, credit card fees and enables us to provide a living wage and benefits to our employees. Point is, everything costs something, and sometimes as a small business you cant absorb all of it. If you don't find value in our food and service and don't agree with our business practices, there are plenty of other options in our area, but beware, because most places, even a big chain like Waffle House, charges a service fee on takeaway orders.
