The store was clean. super nice staff,but there was one super rude customer towards Aaron and Aaron handling it professionally. Aaron is a sweet young man. Ten points for Aaron doing an amazing job Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They get 5 stars today. Not only was my order hot and ready the second I walked in the door, I did an online order, but the service was fast and friendly. All that was wonderful but the icing on the cake, my sandwich was delicious! They really hit the mark today. I needed this experience, I've gotten such horrible service and food at other establishments lately, I've been terribly disappointed. So thank y'all very much. I wish I'd gotten both the ladies names that were working so I could give them both a proper shout out! Many thank yous Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Capriottis should be embarrassed at how awful their sandwiches have become. I gave this place a shot after not eating here for 6 months and this was what I was served. Look at this mostly bread sandwich with the smallest amount of ingredients. This is a medium. Look at the scale. The meat and cheese on one of the halves was barely 2 ounces. One sad slice of tomato per half. What a joke. This is a corporate run location, how embarrassing. Save your money, stay away from Capriottis. After corporate taking over the franchise locations here in Reno the quality and service have sunk. Shame on you Capriottis Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
