Worst location of all the Caps. Ordered a large Wagyu Cheesesteak and it was 80% bread. I paid $37 for an empty sandwich. Hope these guys get better training or QC asap. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this has happened far too many times to stay quiet about it. I work near this Plumb location and stop in twice a week, every Wednesday and Thursday. I order the exact same sandwich each time: cap, no oil, with Russian dressing and coleslaw on the side. It’s a very simple order. On Wednesdays, a younger employee with lighter hair usually makes my sandwich, and it’s always made correctly. No issues whatsoever. On Thursdays, however, I repeatedly have the same problem. Despite clearly requesting no oil, my sandwich comes out absolutely soaked in it. Normally, I just throw it away or give it to someone else and move on, but today I was hungry enough that I went back in and politely asked for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the cashier, Sergio, seemed annoyed and burdened by having to correct an order that wasn’t made properly in the first place. The interaction was not customer-focused or pleasant. When they finally remade the sandwich, they left off the sides that I had ordered, so once again, something was wrong. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple, consistent order right, especially when it’s the same thing every week. One employee can do it perfectly, while others seem unable or unwilling to pay attention to the details. At this point, I’ll be taking my business to another location. I hope management addresses the inconsistency and places a greater emphasis on customer service and order accuracy. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
