Disgusting! Found hair in my fried pickles, took back and they were laughing about it and asked to make new ones but would not give my money back. We left immediately. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been coming to Captain D's for years. No matter what, whoever is taking our order always has an excellent attitude. Employees seem like they care, which is a rarity these days in fast food. Food is always hot and fresh. You might have to wait a little bit, but it beats getting luke warm food like most chains in the area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips, Chicken Tenders

The food was great; however, I observed some concerning food-handling practices. Employees did not appear to wash their hands regularly, and the same gloves were used for both cleaning and food preparation. I also witnessed a manager lick a gloved finger and then handle a customer’s food. These practices raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Manager need to do their job better.
