I am currently in this restaurant. The very first thing I noticed is how professional and pleasant Fatima is. It has been years since I've eaten at a Captain D's. And this location has been in Anderson, SC for a very long time. The restaurant is clean. Fatima's customer service is great. And my food is good. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience. Price per person: $10–20

At first, we thought that it was going to be okay.Because there were three or four cars there. However, when we order food and got it , we sat down to eat. I ended up going to the restroom first I had one small, tiny piece of toilet tissue to wipe with.Also , there were no paper towels or anything to dry your hands-on after that, I went and sat with my son to eat. He told me the food was cold when I started eating. I realized it had been sitting for a while, the food was not hot The food was not extremely cold but the French fries were very dry. The coleslaw was warm and had not been apparently refrigerated for a while. I didn't even taste the Hush Puppies. He said they weren't very good. Also, the fish was not normal. Captain d'e's fish that you get it was like they had been cut into strips and battered in fried, they were barely warm. I had 6 shrimp fantail, and they were very good, but cold and hard. Would I go back no. The place was full of flies and the backs of the seats were cloth and appeared to have mildew on them, along with a lot of dirty hands. I didn't say this, but the bathroom had 2 stalls. One was closed off the other for the customers was absolutely filthy. I did not want to have to use the bathroom, but I had to really bad so I did.. i would recommend without knowing the condition of the captain.D's that was 20 miles away in Georgia to go there. I haven't been there but hopefully it would be better than the one we were at. I don't care how bad off I want captain d's again but I will not go there. The employees were very nice, only 2 of them. But everything else, no, thank you.\n I will just have to miss captain. De. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Usually the people that work here are rude and hateful. If they decide they want to close early, they'll come over across the loudspeaker screaming. We're closed in a hateful voice. Last time they got my food wrong. When I called back to tell them my order was wrong she kept asking me what I wanted her to do about it and I said just refund me my money at this point. I went back to the store they said they were refunding me but they never did. I do not recommend going here for good service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
