This was genuinely the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I go into the drive thru, inform them I have a pickup order, I drive up to the window where I then did not get acknowledged once for 30 MINUTES by the 16 year old girl in there. After the employee looked at me in my eyes multiple times, but was still ignored, I ended up driving off and going inside. Not one update, not one time did she open the window to confirm who I was, or to pull me up due to my order taking a while. I then had to wait another 5 minutes before I had to address the girl in there myself and ask for my order. Which by the way was ready and sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I asked for extra malt vinegar and her response was simply “it’s in there already” Thanks! The other two workers in there genuinely looked high off something. I NEVER post reviews but this frustrated me beyond belief. Saw/heard multiple other people complaining, and visibly upset over their personal interactions as well. Will not be back Food: 3 Service: 1

First time visiting this location and I have to say I'm impressed! They young man who took our order was very friendly! Food was out quickly and it tasted amazing! My son is now hooked! I was nervous when my grandma said she wanted it for dinner because I have heard terrible things. I moved back to the area in 2019 and had yet to come in and give the food a try. I was missing out! I had previously picked up and ordered for someone at the other Ross Clark location, and the experience there was less than satisfactory (that was probably 2 years ago), so imagine my surprise when I found out this location existed. I was very happy with my visit and speed of service! We will definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My Mom went to the Captain D's at 3395 Ross Clark Circle in Dothan yesterday, and there was no one around. Nobody was in the lobby or behind the counter. She waited for about 5 mins. Then, left to go to the Crackle Barrel. She was concerned about them closing up the restaurant, so I called them today and asked them if they were in operation. The lad stated yes. I explained what happened with my Mom, and all he could say was that he was sorry that happened. This is not good business. Food is good, but service here lately has been terrible. Service: 1
