I ordered online from this location on April 5th, spending $55 on a family meal, plus a large order of fried okra. To say that the prices are exaggerated when ordering online is putting it lightly, but I was fine with that... UNTIL I ARRIVED! What truly blew me out of the water was I was presented with when I arrived at Captain D's to pick up the order. Photo is attached... need I say more? I generally don't post negative reviews unless I feel they're important, enough to do so and will truly benefit others and hopefully makefor positive changes. I also want to add that the store manager was standing merely feet away from the employee in the photo (with the beat up "draws" showing). At one point, his pants were resting on his thighs. OH! And, the large okra that I paid over $6 was less than what someone would get on a 2 piece fish meal. Knowing the manager was there, I called and told them that I could only assume they gave me the right size okra bc I saw the head honcho standing there making the food when I arrived... sure enough, she said it WAS supposed to be a large. I expressed my displeasure on the meal and told her that I'd have a review soon that she would possibly want to look out for, doubtful, but possible. I'm going to submit this to Health Department as well. That's just WRONG! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family and I got there about 6:30pm. We waited til about 7:30. We walked to the counter and asked about our food. They said we forgot about us. The people behind us got there food before we did. Plus the manager was rude. Im never going back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
