1 Star Review I’ve been a loyal customer at Captain Jack Bar for over 5 years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. We arrived during Happy Hour around 8 PM. I stepped into the restroom for one minute, and when I came back, the new Indian staff member wearing a tie refused to apply the discount, even though we were already there on time. The previous management always respected regular customers, but this new staff member handled the situation very poorly. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back until the customer service improves. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
