This is a Cardinal Drive In where hamburgers, foot long chili dogs, onion rings, fries, tater tots with cheese & chili pies are more "the norm." This is complete outdoor eating [ mostly in your own car ] although there are usually 2 to 3 outdoor picnic- like tables some choose to sit at which are covered by large red umbrellas! The Cardinal is mostly known for their colorful slurpies, ice cream cones, frosties, milkshakes, banana splits, and their delicious ice cream sundaes { strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla }. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: This Cardinal Drive in is located in Red Bay AL and is very similar to a Sonic Drive In. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly & pet friendly. * Note: If your child is allergic to "nuts", you must let them know this when placing your order, because nuts come on nearly every frozen dessert served. Wheelchair accessibility: You order in your cars and remain in your cars at this drive thru. There are no bathrooms available nor is it wheelchair accessible.
