The food at Caribbean Spice is as authentic as you can get without traveling to the islands and was bursting with flavour. From the moment I walked through the door, with the decor and background music, I forgot that I was in North Conway. We were a party of four and ordered different dishes in order to sample as much as we could and they did not disappoint. Just scrumptious. I had the oxtail and from I took the first bite, I began to calculate when I was going to return. Dishes are done to order, so you'll get quality home style cuisine and I highly recommend dining here. Parking: Ample parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the street level with no steps to enter, so easily wheelchair accessible Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Highly recommend! Service and food were both exceptional. They made me feel very welcome throughout the whole experience definitely went above and beyond to provide the best service. The Jerk chicken was juicy and full of flavor. I will personally be back to try more and fully recommend to anyone looking for great meal. We were looking for somewhere to eat in Twin Mountain on a Wednesday evening; however, most places were closed. Then we saw a well lit restaurant called the Caribbean Spice Cafe. This was a special treat because we were not expecting to find a Caribbean restaurant. The food was amazing and at a very affordable price! This is authentic Caribbean food!! Andre and Anna were very pleasant and hard working!! We highly recommend the Caribbean Spice Cafe in Twin Mountain!!!!
