I would like to sincerely thank and appreciate Rose for her outstanding and impressive customer service at Caribou Coffee, she is undoubtly the reason i gave 5 stars for this branch in each category. Her incredible level of professionalism, accuracy, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Rose is a super employee who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and satisfied. The way she handles customers with such professionalism, attention to detail, and a warm attitude reflects a very high standard of service. The amount of satisfaction I felt during my visit was exceptional, and I honestly cannot appreciate her enough. Not recommended! Wont come back here, service is not great employees don’t want to listen and ignore feedbacks, when the order comes wrong they say you did not mention and i did mention to them but they didn’t want to listen and get the comment my only request was single shot coffee.. latter came so dull with no anything as you see in the picture Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
