Avoid this place at all cost. I placed a dine in order here. The filipino lady working there came and gave my food to someone else and went back behind the counter. Once she realized she had given him the wrong order, she came back, gave him his correct order, picked up my tray from infront of him, and brought it to me. (Keep in mind that person had already dug into my fries and opened my burger. I told her she needs to make me a new meal as im not eating something someone else has touched. She took the order back. I went to check at the counter and i see her take the burger out of the opened wrapper, and just rewrap it into a new wrapper to make it seem like its a new burger. She then took the fries that person had already dug into and dumped them into the fries basket with all the other cooked fries and just changed the carton to make it seem like she is giving me new fries. This is a huge contamination and health hazard as who knows where that customers hands have been, and now god knows how many other customers ate fries touched by that man afterwards. Hope corporate realizes what is going on here and takes action. Im never coming back Service: 1

Burgers were not up to Carl's Jr. usual standard. Shake machine was broken again. Go somewhere else or another Carl's Jr , this place has bad customer service and less than quality food. Food: 2 Service: 1
